Consultation
Through our in-showroom consultations we work with you to understand your requirements and create designs to suit your needs.We invite customers to bring in their room measurements and we can discuss what is achievable in you space and budget. For those who choose full HS Interiors Installation we will conduct a site visit at your home to accurately measure.
Design
Using your room measurements we create line drawings to scale and consider different layouts suitable for the space; we look beyond thecurrent layout and explore different options until we identify the optimum use of space to suit your needs.
From here we use the latest computer software to create 3D visuals of your room which provides you a virtual tour of the space. We have the ability to incorporate the same colours and products inline with your quote so you have a clear visual representation of what you are purchasing.
Installation
We offer two main solutions for installation to suit your needs:Full HS Interiors installation:
We are responsible for the removal of your current installation and implementing your new design. We schedule our fitters for the duration of the installation and liaise with manufacturers on all deliveries.Supply Only:
At the time of purchase we agree a delivery date for when you require the products. It is your responsibility to organise your fitters to undertake the work. Note, if there are any delays from the manufacturer you will need to reschedule your fitter dates.FAQ

Do I have to be at home during the renovation?
No, some customers chose to be at home during the installation but it is entirely up to you.
We aim to have all decisions confirmed and agreed before the installation starts so if you wish to you can go about your normal day without having to be at home. Or even go away on holiday.

Will my bathroom be out of action throughout the installation?
We will endeavour to keep your bathroom in a working order but obviously some disruption is inevitable.
Water will be turned off for periods of time but back on each evening. There maybe a period of time when tiles are drying that they cannot be walked on.

Will my new bathroom come with a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a stator warranty on all labour, all the products we use come with guarantees.
We will keep a copy of all guarantees and warranty in case you ever need to make a claim, but we do advise you to hold a record of your receipts as well.
